Charles Auerbach is a founding partner of Business Enhancement Associates. He is president and founder of Wealth Strategies Group, Inc. in Cordova, Tennessee, and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Advantage Investment Management in Cedar Rapids, IA. Charlie has more than 35 years experience in the financial field. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Brooklyn College in New York in 1971, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service in New York, New York until 1983. His IRS positions included Revenue Agent, Audit Reviewer, and Appellate Conference.
From 1983 to 1989, Charlie became the Due Diligence Officer at Morgan Keegan in Memphis. In 1994 he left an Independent Financial Advisor and co-founded Jaffe Auerbach Advisory Group and served as its Chief Operations Officer until 2001. With a vision of personalized, comprehensive and integrated financial service to a select clientele, Charlie founded Wealth Strategies Group, Inc.
Charlie previously served as Financial Chairman and Past President of the Board of United Cerebral Palsy, Mid-South Chapter. He currently serves on the Professional Advisory Group of the Memphis Jewish Foundation. Charlie has also served as President of the Mid-South Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and of the Temple Israel Brotherhood.

Carl Raff is the managing partner for Business Enhancement Associates (BEA) providing business advisory services focused on growth, protection and succession planning for business owners and company executives in the global marketplace. His experience includes formation of worldwide networks to support business expansion and transaction needs, succession and transition planning and successful marketing strategies for long term growth. Carl also brings over 15 years of experience including financial planning and investment services, most recently as President of Cpic, LLC.
Prior to building consulting firms, Carl worked for Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as an investment adviser assisting business owners and earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2003. As an entrepreneur, Carl founded two successful senior housing companies with venture capital partners to develop and manage assisted living communities that were sold to public companies.
Carl obtained his MBA from Pepperdine University and two B.S degrees in engineering and business finance from the University of Colorado.

David Williams is a founding partner of Business Enhancement Associates operating a consultancy to small- to mid- sized businesses and their executives since 2004. He is also affiliated with Wealth Strategies Group, Inc. and is a Registered Investment Advisory Representative with Advantage Investment Management, Inc. Prior to establishing his business consultancy, Dave was Director of Financial Planning for Regions Morgan Keegan Trust.
Dave has been a financial planner dealing primarily with small business owners since 1981. He has developed special expertise in advanced estate and charitable planning, community property and Napoleonic law, employer stock option planning, and qualified plans.
Dave has been a Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner since 1985. He is Past-President and Chairman of the Board of the Financial Planning Association of the Mid-South. Dave was also a mentor with Memphis Institute for Leadership Education, a program associated with the Fogelman College of Business and Economics.
Linda A. Tripp
RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES COORDINATOR
Linda is the Retirement Plan Services Coordinator for Wealth Strategies Group, Inc. and Director of Retirement Plan Services for Business Enhancement Associates (BEA) providing ERISA compliance reviews for employer sponsored retirement plans. The scope of the review process includes fiduciary responsibility in: regulatory compliance and documentation, plan asset investment process – selection criteria, monitoring and benchmarking, analysis of plan fees, expenses and required disclosures, and plan design to meet client needs. Ancillary reviews include plan operation and administration review and participant education services. The goal is to provide retirement plan sponsors the peace of mind that their plan is being well managed and meets the highest level of regulatory scrutiny.
Linda’s experience in the retirement field includes: trustee services and trust administration, asset custody, security settlement, trust accounting, plan design services, investment management services, participant recordkeeping and participant education.
Prior to retirement plan consulting, Linda worked with a financial services firm and eighteen years with First Tennessee National, Trust Division, Employee Benefits Department. Linda is the Immediate Past President of Greater Memphis Employee Benefit Council and has held positions on that Board for over twenty years and is a Founding member of AnServe.
